Current approach
The site has been designed with semantic headings, descriptive link text, keyboard-visible focus styles, alternative text for meaningful images, readable colour contrast, responsive layouts and support for reduced-motion preferences.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. This statement does not claim that every page or third-party service has been formally certified against a particular standard.
Third-party services
Some journeys lead to services outside Coach Meltzer’s control, such as Calendly, linked publishers and Wix-hosted form infrastructure. Their accessibility can change independently. If a third-party step prevents you from contacting or booking, use the website contact form or describe the barrier through another available contact route.
Report a barrier or request another format
If you cannot access information, complete a form or use a feature, please use the contact form and write “Accessibility request” in the message. Include the page, the problem and the format or adjustment that would help. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide the information or an alternative way to complete the task.
Brazilian accessibility framework
This commitment reflects Article 63 of Brazil’s Law 13.146/2015, the Brazilian Inclusion Act, which requires accessible websites for companies based or commercially represented in Brazil and refers to internationally adopted accessibility practices.
